The program courses aims to develop coaches who integrate ICF Core Competencies into their practice with skill, presence, and ethical integrity. Using the I.N.F.I.N.I.T.E. framework, participants strengthen essential coaching skills — including presence, active listening, powerful questioning, emotional attunement, and non-judgmental client engagement — while aligning their practice with professional standards and ethical guidelines.
By the end of the program, participants are equipped to facilitate deep client self-exploration, support meaningful transformation, and practice coaching at a professional and ethical level.

Ignite Infinite Coaching
Establishes the fundamental principles of executive coaching, introduces the ICF framework within a leadership and organizational context, and begins developing the strategic mindset, presence, and ethical foundation essential for effective executive-level coaching practice.
COURSE 2
Essential Coaching Skills
Develops essential executive coaching skills including executive presence, deep active listening, powerful and strategic questioning, emotional attunement, and the ability to engage leaders in a non-judgmental, confidential, and high-trust coaching partnership.
COURSE 3
Deep Inquiry Techniques
Strengthens the coach’s capacity to support executives in deep self-exploration, clarify core values and leadership beliefs, and facilitate meaningful transformation by expanding awareness, challenging limiting perspectives, and enabling intentional, results-oriented action.
COURSE 4
Deep diving Coaching, Ethics AI in Coaching
Strengthens and integrates the International Coaching Federation (ICF) core competencies through the application of the I.N.F.I.N.I.T.E. framework, with a focus on executive-level coaching effectiveness, adaptability, and mastery. The module also explores the role of Artificial Intelligence as a strategic support tool in executive coaching, enhancing reflective practice, generating data-driven leadership insights, and enabling coaches to track executive development, behavioral patterns, and measurable progress over time.
