Executive and Professional Coaching – an internationally accredited proffesional program aligned with the standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), designed to ensure the professional, ethical, and effective integration of ICF core competencies into executive and professional coaching practice. 

The program is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which represents more than 58,000 professional coaches and establishes the global gold standard for coaching across 154 countries.

The Executive and Professional Coaching program consists of four courses and includes a total of 93 instructional hours. It incorporates both group and individual mentoring, supervised coaching practice with mentor support, independent individual study, and a final certification assessment designed to ensure professional competence and readiness for executive coaching practice.

The program aims to develop coaches who integrate ICF Core Competencies into their practice with skill, presence, and ethical integrity. Using the I.N.F.I.N.I.T.E. framework, participants strengthen essential coaching skills — including presence, active listening, powerful questioning, emotional attunement, and non-judgmental client engagement — while aligning their practice with professional standards and ethical guidelines.

By the end of the program, participants are equipped to facilitate deep client self-exploration, support meaningful transformation, and practice coaching at a professional and ethical level.
