The program aims to develop coaches who integrate ICF Core Competencies into their practice with skill, presence, and ethical integrity. Using the I.N.F.I.N.I.T.E. framework, participants strengthen essential coaching skills — including presence, active listening, powerful questioning, emotional attunement, and non-judgmental client engagement — while aligning their practice with professional standards and ethical guidelines.

Through group and individual mentoring, students apply theory to practical coaching sessions, reflect on their performance, and refine their abilities. The program also introduces Artificial Intelligence as a supportive tool to enhance reflection, provide insights, and track progress, complementing but not replacing the human connection central to coaching.

By the end of the program, participants are equipped to facilitate deep client self-exploration, support meaningful transformation, and practice coaching at a professional and ethical level.
